Doral Elite Collision Center offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty, effective from the specified date, covering all metalwork, including welding and materials used in collision repairs against issues such as cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. Our body shop commits to repairing and repainting metalwork under warranty terms within the specified period, excluding rust repairs. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
Painting
Doral Elite Collision Center is proud to offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty for painting-related priming and painting work, safeguarding against issues like solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. In the event of a claim within the specified period, we will, at our discretion, re-prime and repaint the specific section or sections of the vehicle covered by this warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover defects resulting from extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. It is applicable exclusively to original factory finishes that are free of defects.
Parts
At Doral Elite Collision Center, we stand by the assurance that the parts and materials we use are of the highest quality. These components carry the guarantee provided by their respective suppliers. We are committed to assisting you in addressing any claims under the supplier's guarantee, ensuring your peace of mind. Furthermore, we guarantee that no used parts or non-original equipment manufactured parts are used without your prior authorization, as indicated on the Repair Order. Your trust in our service is of paramount importance to us.
Mechanical Repairs
Doral Elite Collision Center stands behind the quality of our work with a One Year Warranty on all mechanical repairs directly related to the original collision damage, with the exclusion of suspension, air conditioning, and other electrical assemblies or components. If within the specified one-year period a mechanical assembly or component covered by this warranty requires attention, our shop will, at its discretion, provide the necessary re-repair.
Claim Process
To make a claim under this warranty, please direct your claim to the Doral Elite Collision Center Director. We will promptly schedule the vehicle, ensuring that the necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner. Your satisfaction and the integrity of our service are our top priorities.
Please note that this warranty excludes certain incidental costs, including towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, and any assemblies or components not explicitly covered by this warranty. Additionally, consequential damages, such as those arising from a defective part or installation during the repair, are not included in this warranty. It's essential to understand that this warranty is not subject to variation, supplementation, qualification, or interpretation based on prior dealings.
